However precisely because of its gloomy nature it is the most suitable day to rectify all the falls that happened on that day\u00a0throughout the history .\u00a0 Any day when Hashem allows and helps us to get closer to him is a very good day, so why not celebrate Tisha B&#8217;Av?<\/p>\n<p>It is a mistake to \u201csuffer through\u201d the day and think that we did what is required of us on Tisha B&#8217;Av.<\/p>\n<p>The power of Tisha B&#8217;Av is exactly in the fact that it\u2019s so low and deep.<\/p>\n<p>Using the <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/ish-tam.com\/blog\/149\/how-to\/springboard-dynamic-how-to-swing-up-when-life-swings-you-down\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Springboard Dynamic<\/a><\/strong>, we can propel ourselves into astonishing ascent,\u00a0towards \u00a0<span class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"15-th of Av - Festival of Love and Rebirth\"> Tu B&#8217;Av <\/span>, through the great opportunities of Elul, into the holiness of Tishrei and beyond!<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Working through the roots of a problem.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>To accomplish this jump we have to identify the reasons for the Destruction of our Holy Temple and our low spiritual state. Reasons that are most relevant to us now and here. When we rectify those flaws with Tefillah to the best of our ability.<\/p>\n<p>Looking at the events that created and shaped the Tisha B&#8217;Av<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Incident with ten spies<\/strong> who caused the entire generation to die in the desert instead of inheriting Eretz Israel.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Destruction of the First and the Second Beit HaMikdash <\/strong>and others<strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">&#8211; we see l<strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">ack of<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/archive.constantcontact.com\/fs076\/1102527936292\/archive\/1102650317349.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\"> Emunah<\/a> ( <a href=\"http:\/\/asimplejew.blogspot.com\/2009\/02\/essence-of-emuna.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">belief \u00a0that absolutely everything is from Hashem<\/span><\/a>)<\/strong>, \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.simpletoremember.com\/media\/a\/idolatry-and-astrology\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">idol worship<\/a>, licentiousness, murder, and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aish.com\/h\/9av\/ju\/97833344.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">baseless hatred<\/a> to another Jew.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>None of those issues was completely rectified and they still remain and are \u00a0up to us to fix.<\/p>\n<p>The grief over the destruction is only the first step.
